Jilly Cox is an award winning, classically trained musician/singer from Newcastle Upon Tyne who lives in Wexford. She is best known for her versatile vocal range, soulfully expressive tones, and ability to weave through all styles of jazz, swing, blues and rock with a passion and plenty of flare. Jilly has honed her skills over the years and has the ability to mix the softness and depth of Eva Cassidy with the big hitting power vocals of 70s rock. A full time musician, she travels all over the South East with her solo acoustic set and you can catch her all year round at her Tuesday night residency at the award winning T Morris Bar in Wexford. 

She is joined by her partner David Mulhall, a Dublin native and rock/blues guitarist whose playing emphasises improvisation and feel. His style is defined by melodic phrasing, expressive bends and smooth singing vibrato, largely influenced by players ranging from B B King and Billy Gibbons to Chuck Berry and Tommy Emmanuel, and blended to create emotive, vocal-like phrasing which compliment Jilly's voice and rhythm guitar playing. 

  Together on humble acoustic guitars, they bring you a live, stripped back, high octane set of rock and blues classics from Eva Cassidy to The Rolling Stone, Ray Charles to AC/DC and everything in between. Raw and powerful with no trickery - back to basics music at its finest!
