Originally the guitarist and then the bass player with Irish Blues Rock legends 'Skid Row' Brush Shiels is now 80 years old and still going strong. Brush played football for Bohs in the 60s and still stays fit by running (and competing) for his local athletics club in Meath. I 2024 Brush played at the Phil Lynott birthday bash at the Bloody Stream and showed what a virtuoso guitaris he still is. His style is unique and well worth seeing before he eventually retires but thankfully that doesn't seem to be on the cards just yet.
